Who coordinates your visit, what to confirm before paying and how our non-clinical service works.

Who you are contacting

The chinapatientsupport team coordinates the practical parts of a hospital visit. Our main service cities are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen; other locations require an availability check. We do not represent a hospital or provide medical care.

Your coordinator's role

Before you accept a quote, ask for the assigned person's name, relevant experience, English–Chinese communication ability and availability. The written plan should identify a contact person, a backup arrangement and the limits of their role. Specialist medical interpreting needs a separate scope check.

What you should have before paying

A service starts with written agreement, not a promise of a particular doctor or result.

  • The contracting party and coordinator responsible for your service.
  • Hospital, campus, date, meeting point and the agreed booking target or visit scope.
  • The total service fee, separate hospital costs, any approved extras and cancellation terms.
  • How to contact the team, how changes are approved and what written handover you will receive.

How we keep you informed

Our reply target is two business days, Monday–Friday, Beijing time (UTC+8). During an agreed service, contact arrangements are set in your quote. If a booking cannot be secured or the hospital changes its requirements, we explain the remaining options and ask before changing the agreed scope.

Examples are not testimonials

Our public examples show the information included in visit preparation and service handover. They are sample formats, not patient testimonials or records of completed bookings. Your own plan is confirmed for your visit.

Your next step

Let’s plan the practical details.
