For a visit needing more time

Up to eight hours supports one standard appointment. We primarily support Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The hospital, date, coordinator and language scope are confirmed before payment.

Before, during and after

The agreed service combines practical preparation with support on the day.

• Before: confirm the campus, meeting point, registration route and hospital instructions about what to bring.
• During: help find registration, the department and agreed service points; support English–Chinese communication within the confirmed scope.
• After: provide a written summary of practical next steps, open questions and the person responsible for follow-up.

How time and extra work are handled

Your quote specifies meeting and finish times, how waiting and travel are counted, and any overtime rate. Tests, extra departments or transfers between hospitals are not automatically included. We confirm additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.

Language support and medical boundaries

General communication support is matched to the assigned person's capability. Specialist medical interpreting must be explicitly confirmed and quoted. The coordinator is not a clinician, nurse, personal-care worker or emergency responder. Clinical explanations and treatment decisions remain with your healthcare team.

Fees and cancellation

The package total is $399 USD. A $49 USD appointment coordination fee already paid for the same visit counts towards this total. Hospital bills, transport and approved third-party costs are separate. Cancellation depends on the milestones and work completed in your accepted quote.
