Appointment coordination

Hospital appointment coordination in China

Help with one agreed hospital booking target, registration requirements and a written booking outcome. $49 USD coordination fee.

When this helps

You have a hospital or department in mind but need help navigating its booking process. Start with the city, intended dates and the hospital name in English or Chinese. You do not need to send a passport copy or medical files with your first enquiry.

What we agree before starting

Your quote records one booking target and a deadline for our attempts. It identifies the hospital or department, dates, acceptable alternatives and the coordinator responsible.

  • Check the published booking route and registration requirements.
  • Coordinate attempts through the agreed channels, subject to hospital rules and availability.
  • Provide the result in writing, including confirmed appointment details or the reason the target was not secured.

What counts as unsuccessful

If the agreed target cannot be secured by the deadline, the standalone $49 USD coordination fee is refunded in full. An alternative only counts if you accepted it. There is no universal attempt window; the written quote sets yours. Hospital charges and their refund policies are separate.

If you need someone on the day

This service does not include attending the hospital with you. For the same visit, the $49 USD fee already paid counts towards the $249 USD half-day or $399 USD full-day total. A particular doctor, priority slot or clinical outcome is never guaranteed.

Read the service and refund terms and privacy information before deciding.
