Permitted records presentation
Permitted records presentation at a hospital
Patient-authorised presentation of records by a coordinator, from $149 USD for up to two hours, only where the hospital permits it.
Check permission first
Some requests require the patient to attend. We check the specific hospital and appointment rules before agreeing to present records on a patient's behalf. This is not a substitute for an examination and is not a guaranteed remote or video consultation.
Scope and fees
The starting scope is up to two hours for the permitted presentation. Appointment coordination, hospital charges, translation and extra time are separate. The quote specifies the authorised recipient, materials, practical questions and written handover.
No assumed recording or access rights
Recording requires the relevant permissions; audio or video is not automatically included. A family member's payment does not grant access to patient information. Work needs patient authorisation and a suitable secure transfer process; do not email or message medical files.
Read the service and refund terms and privacy information before deciding.
