An organised set of materials
The standard scope is up to five files AND ten pages, with up to eight questions. We organise the patient-authorised materials and practical questions agreed in the quote. Translation is separate; we do not diagnose, select treatment or decide which clinical evidence is sufficient.
Agree the process before sending records
Ask about file count, page count, languages and the receiving hospital's requirements first. Do not send records through email or WeChat. Online medical-file uploads remain closed; a suitable secure transfer process and patient permission are required before work starts.
What is handed over
The written scope identifies the source files, organisation and naming format, question list, recipient and delivery date. Original clinical information must remain traceable. The hospital may request additional materials or repeat tests independently of this preparation.
